TOS.
ㅤGENERAL.ㅤ All commissions are selevtive and may be declined at any time. Xanthie reserved the right to update these Terms of Service. Finished work may be showcased on portfolios, websites, and social media unless a privacy / NDA option has been purchased. Xanthie retains copyright to all design unless a separate copyright transfer agreement is agreed upon.
ㅤPAYMENT.ㅤ Smaller projects require full upfront payment. Projects over $50 may be split into a 50% deposit and 50% final payment. Final pricing may vary depending on project complexity, scope, and additional requests. Payments are accepted through Paypal, Ko-Fi, GCash. Payment method will be discussed before the project begins.
ㅤREFUNDS.ㅤ If Xanthie is unable to complete a project, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the amount of work completed. Chargebacks without prior communication will result in blacklisting.
ㅤTURNAROUND TIME.ㅤ Typical turnaround ranges from 2 - 8 weeks depending on project scope and queue volume. Large projects may require additional time. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
ㅤREVISIONS.ㅤ Up to 3 minor revisions are included. Major revisions, concept changes, or additional requests may incur extra fees.
ㅤDELIVERY.ㅤ All products are delivered digitally. Final files may be provided in PNG, WEBM, MP4, or PSD format depending on the project. Clients are respnsible for backing up their files after delivery.
ㅤUSAGE RIGHTS.ㅤ Assets may be used for streaming, content creation, and personal branding. Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or transferring assets to another person is prohibited. Assets may not be used for NFTs, AI-related purposes, or unlawful activities.
ㅤCONDUCT.ㅤ Respectful communication is expected from both parties. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or misconduct may result in immediate cancellation of the project without refund.
